Introduction to SSO
This video gives a general overview of concepts around Single Sign On, and outlines which flows are covered in other videos. The intro is combined with the overview of SP-initiated SSO SAML, so to watch the high level bits it's only about the first half.
Details of Flows
These videos goes into some depth around pre-requisites for each flow, the steps which take place, any security vulnerabilities and mitigation options as well as general considerations around selecting and implementing each.
They're generally pretty punchy, 10-15 minutes or so, but it's enough time to cover a few things which aren't in the scope of the flow overviews elsewhere on the site. Speaking of which, I've added links to the relevant sections on cloudsundial.com alongside each video. I've also linked to the Apex Hours article for each one, which presents content from the slides in a readable, searchable place.
These vids are notable in my mind for featuring some funky animated Lucidchart slideshows which were a little time consuming to make but fun to watch!!

Implementation of Flows
You've got Debarun and a bit of Amit this time around explaining how to actually configure some of the most important flows in Salesforce. These are really helpful to refer to if you're actually doing the job of setting one of these up - do take a look!

This provides an overview of setting up a configuration to allow SP-Initiated and IDP-Initiated SSO configuration with Salesforce as the service provider:

Comparison and Decision Guide
You're back with me again for this one which covers important distinguishing characteristics of options for SSO supported by Salesforce, and indicates which one might be optimal in a given context. Other opinions and considerations welcome of course - feel free to add comments in the youtube discussion!
