Sharing in Real Time

FormulaShare will work as soon as rules are set up and the batch job scheduled - sharing will be applied for all records each time the scheduled batch runs (and each time Targeted Calculation Jobs run if these are used).

For more instant results, there are a few options to calculate and apply sharing in real time:

• Using a Record Triggered Flow
• Using an Apex Trigger
• Requesting from Flow or Apex
